If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work you have received, you may request a refund within seven days of receiving the final work. To request a refund, you must provide a detailed explanation of the issues you are facing and provide supporting evidence. We will review your request and if it is found to be justified, we will issue a refund.

Please note that the following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • Placing an order simply means that you agree with the refund policies of
  • Any demand for 100% money back will not be considered.
  • The company will retain 50% of the total amount as service charges. Approval for a full refund can only be possible when a student receives a failing grade.
  • The customer can also request a full refund if more than 30% of plagiarism is found in a dissertation paper.
  • To be provided with refunds, a student must provide authentic proof.
  • A refund will not be issued after 30 days of delivery.
  • The team will thoroughly investigate the orders who are claiming a refund. This process may take up to 30 days.
  • The owner of the company will decide the amount of the refund. Including rewrite and proofreading, as per the number of services you have ordered, the amount of refund will be decided.
  • Orders placed with a deadline of 48 hours or less are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any dissertation paper with a deadline of 10 days or less is not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find that the client's request is not justified. In such cases, we will provide a detailed explanation of our decision.
